Video Production Services Agreement

• Event Date: April 18, 2026
• Event Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour intensive training session)
• Speaker: Luca Cody
• Setup: Classroom style (approx. 15 attendees) with a clean blank wall backdrop

G7 Creative LLC agrees to provide the following video production services for a total investment of $1,950:

• Filming Strategy: A two-camera setup capturing in 4K resolution.
• Camera A: Locked-off main camera for a continuous, full-length recording of the speaker.
• Camera B (B-Cam): Floating camera to capture dynamic B-roll, attendee reactions, close-ups, and side angles.
• Session Recording: The full 8-hour workshop will be recorded and logically segmented into individual sessions (e.g., Session 1, Session 2) based on the speaker's start and stop times.

• Raw Footage: The complete, full-length 8-hour workshop file and all raw footage. Files will be organized into distinct folders separating the main camera recordings and corresponding B-roll.
• Edited Content:
  • 6 Professionally Edited Reels: Optimized for social media and the client's business page.
  • 1 Mini-Recap Video: A short, dynamic video summarizing the key highlights of the training day.
• Note: Photography services are expressly excluded from this package as per client request.
• Delivery Method: Digital transfer via Google Drive.

The total investment of $1,950 is divided into three payments as follows:

• 1. Retainer (20%): A non-refundable upfront fee of $390 is due with this signed contract to securely lock in the event date and resources.
• 2. Filming Day (40%): A payment of $780 is due on the day of the on-site workshop production (April 18, 2026).
• 3. Final Delivery (40%): The remaining balance of $780 is due in full upon the completed delivery of all raw footage and final edited deliverables.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms, deliverables, and payment conditions outlined in this Video Production Services Agreement.
