Production Agreement & Scope of Work

The Producer agrees to provide on-site media capture services at the Client's specified location. This project is strictly a "capture and deliver" agreement. The specific scope includes:

• Team Headshots: Capture twenty (20) individual staff headshots.
• Fleet Content: Capture video footage and photography of the Boost Air service trucks, specifically highlighting the new vehicle wraps and company branding.
• Delivery Format: All video footage will be delivered in its native LOG/RAW format. All photography will be delivered as unedited RAW/JPEG files.
• No Post-Production: No editing, color correction, color grading, or retouching will be performed by the Producer. The Client is solely responsible for all post-production processing.

• Total Investment: $500.00 flat rate for the complete scope outlined above (price does not include applicable sales tax).
• Payment Schedule: The full balance of $500.00 (plus applicable sales tax) is due upon signing this agreement to secure the production date.
• Overtime: Any production time extending beyond the scheduled 10:30 AM wrap time will be billed at a rate of $150.00 per hour.

Raw assets are massive in file size. Files will be delivered digitally via a secure download link or directly transferred to a physical hard drive provided by the Client on the day of the shoot. If delivered digitally, Producer will host the files for a period of 30 days. Client is entirely responsible for downloading and archiving the media within this window.

Upon receipt of the final payment, the Producer grants the Client a full, non-exclusive license to edit, alter, and use the captured media for marketing, social media, and internal business purposes in perpetuity. Producer retains the right to use the raw or independently colored footage for professional portfolio purposes.

If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the production, they must provide at least 48 hours written notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled call time will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total paid fee to cover lost booking opportunities and scheduling blocking, with the remaining 50% refunded to the Client. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may be subject to a rescheduling fee at the Producer's discretion.

Neither party shall be held liable or responsible to the other party nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement for failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any obligation under this Agreement when such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond the reasonable control of the affected party, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, acts of God, or sudden equipment failure.
